Calqulate Metrics Ltd. seeks a seasoned Plant Manager to lead the Southeast Ohio/West Virginia facility, directing safety, quality, production, and financial performance. You will develop teams, drive accountability, and translate operational results into measurable business value.

The role prefers candidates with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP experience and a track record of building high-performing organizations in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Significant leadership experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience in manufacturing, machining, forging, or metals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and reporting tools is desirable.
