Job summary

The Bridger Group is seeking a Plant Manager for a large Ohio facility with 200+ personnel. You will lead maintenance and engineering teams, drive reliability initiatives, and manage budgets and capital projects to sustain growth.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership and hands-on experience with automated equipment, PLCs, and robotics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Five+ years of manufacturing experience with maintenance leadership.
• Experience with automated equipment and plant infrastructure.
• Proven ability to improve maintenance processes and lead team performance.
• Experience managing budgets and capital projects.
