Job summary

Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering, maintenance and facilities functions. The role focuses on developing project scopes, implementing best practices, and managing CAPEX investments with rigorous budget control.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, safety, quality, and environmental compliance while driving continuous improvements and KPI-based performance gains.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study.
• 7+ years’ experience in manufacturing and/or construction environment.
• 7+ years’ experience in an aseptic and/or powder manufacturing environment preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience with mechanical and electrical systems in a multitude of applications.
• 5+ years’ supervisory or team lead experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance and facilities to meet CAPEX investments and asset performance.
• Develop and implement project plans, scopes, and budgets; manage CAPEX and expense projects.
• Use KPIs to drive improvements in CAPEX management and equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR and others during planning, design and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Establish and manage the department budget to meet or exceed targets.
