Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• At least three years of similar manufacturing engineering management experience.
• Experience managing others.
• Strong manufacturing background.
• Experience supporting a multi-shift operation.
• Strong background with continuous improvement.
• Experience overseeing budgets.
• Experience working in automated environments.
• Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor the engineering and maintenance team.
• Manage day-to-day production engineering needs.
• Improve manufacturing processes by eliminating bottlenecks, improving throughput.
• Champion team and engineering projects to completion and within budget and established timelines.
• Manage the annual capital equipment budget.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to completion.
• Support complex electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs, robotics and other automation.
• Lead validation of new equipment.
• Develop, monitor and improve engineering KPIs.
