Job summary
Ashton North LLC in Mansfield, OH is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead a fast-paced plant, reporting to the Plant Manager and guiding a team of engineering and maintenance professionals.
You will drive continuous improvement, manage capital budgets, oversee automation and PLCs, and strengthen reliability while delivering safety and quality. This role includes a competitive salary, 401K match with pension, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits as the company grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
- Minimum three years of manufacturing engineering management experience.
- Experience managing others in a fast-paced mass production environment.
- Strong background in continuous improvement and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team.
- Oversee day-to-day production engineering needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and capital projects within budget and timelines.
- Manage the annual capital equipment budget.
- Coordinate with external contractors and monitor KPIs.
