Job summary

MJ Recruiters, LLC is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for a fast-paced automotive supplier in Mansfield, OH. You will report to the Plant Manager and oversee a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, driving performance, safety, and project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
Minimum three years of manufacturing engineering management experience.
Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong budget management and multi-shift operations experience.
Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and mentor the engineering and maintenance team.
Improve manufacturing processes by removing bottlenecks and increasing throughput.
Drive projects to completion within budget and timelines.
Manage annual capital equipment budgets and oversee external contractors.
Develop and monitor engineering KPIs and maintain comprehensive reporting.
Oversee preventative maintenance programs and equipment validation.
Support electrical troubleshooting including PLCs and robotics.
