Job summary

GGP Parks LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Department, directing corrective and preventive maintenance across multiple facilities. You will oversee CMMS administration, budgeting, and contractor management, while driving asset reliability and safety.

The role partners with the Facilities Director to ensure a safe, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive facilities management and leadership experience, with strong data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of five (5) years of facility management experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing maintenance or technical personnel.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (forklift, manlift, tractor, skid steer).
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team, setting expectations, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance across all facilities; manage work requests and schedules.
• Administer CMMS, ensure data accuracy, generate reports, and drive process improvements.
• Develop and manage departmental operating budgets; forecast maintenance, labor, and capital needs.
• Manage contractor and vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with park leadership to prioritize maintenance and ensure safety; lead safety initiatives and training.
