Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manager of Engineering to own a key PET/Facility process, ensuring operation, maintenance, and documentation. The role drives improvements, supports inspections, and collaborates with Operations, engineering, and suppliers across shifts.

The position primarily supports Inspection Operations at the West Chester Manufacturing Site, offering a comprehensive rewards package and growth opportunities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP or regulated production environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Expertise in two or more of: equipment, process/materials, maintenance, project delivery, automation/controls, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure validated technical process with clear parameters, specs, and SOPs.
• Own asset reliability, availability, PM content, effectiveness, and performance.
• Manage lifecycle of PET/Facility assets and develop engineering proposals.
• Provide technical guidance and performance management for engineering staff.
• Ensure technical support across shifts and update documentation.
