Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners is hiring an Engineering Support Specialist to provide materials coordination and support within the Logistics Management Office group. This role ensures project materials are available to construction contractors per contract releases and work schedules.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, CORs, contract specialists, officers, and clients. This is a 2+ year consultant position, full-time on-site in Vancouver, WA, with five days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply and logistics management, construction management or engineering or a closely-related technical field is preferred.
• 5 years of engineering operations experience, supporting construction logistics and engineering operations or a related field is required.
• Experience with Oracle based Enterprise Resource Planning software.
• Experience with Excel Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, sufficient to enter and retrieve data.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide materials coordination and support to the Materials Management organization within the Logistics Management Office group.
• Validate that project materials are available to construction contractors as indicated in the contract release and work schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, CORs, Contract Specialists, Contracting Officers, Investment Recovery personnel, Shipping and Receiving, and customers.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, supply and logistics management, construction management or engineering or a closely-related technical field
