Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning, Product Execution in Towson, MD.

This hybrid role leads engineering learning programs and a mixed team, coordinating with global stakeholders to align training with product execution goals. The role drives a Docebo LMS implementation, develops comprehensive learning plans across electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, and systems engineering, and measures impact with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of learning and development experience, focused on technical/engineering domains.
• Proven program management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of learning technologies and skills management systems (Docebo LMS preferred).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Experience with global teams and managing contract resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve technical learning programs supporting product execution priorities.
• Develop and deliver engineering learning plans in electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, systems engineering, PMO.
• Lead a team of 6 (3 direct) and 4–5 offshore resources; drive Docebo LMS adoption.
