Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CE/EE/CS) or equivalent experience.
• Technical leadership with embedded product development.
• 10+ years engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading or managing teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team across multiple product lines driving embedded software into brushless motor driven end product.
• Manage project execution including design, development, integration and testing.
• Provide team leadership and guidance for system integration.
• Collaborate with sub-system design, testing, supplier selection, manufacturing, and product support.
