Job summary

Qnity is seeking interns for the Early Career LEAP Rotational Program in Wilmington, DE and other locations to develop supply chain leadership through meaningful assignments across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain, and business transformation.

You will complete a minimum of three ~18-month assignments across locations, gaining broad exposure and mentorship to accelerate professional growth in analytics, digital tools, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline at time of employment.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Minimum of six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, analytics, manufacturing, or related fields.
Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Participate in rotations across multiple supply chain functions to gain broad exposure.
Analyze data and support initiatives in procurement, planning, logistics, and analytics to drive improvements.
