Job summary

Qnity is recruiting for its Early Career LEAP Rotational Program designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders. You will work across planning, procurement, logistics, and operations, gaining experience in digital supply chain and analytics.

You will rotate through at least three assignments (≈18 months each) at multiple U.S. locations, gaining broad exposure, leadership development, and mentorship to accelerate your career in supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to relocate and 100% geographic flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain.
• Contribute to supply chain optimization, analytics, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, planning, and digital teams.
