Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker invites engineers to join the Stanley Leadership Program (Engineering). You will participate in three 8-month rotations in Engineering, Product Management and Operations at facilities across the United States, gaining broad exposure and impactful projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, have at least one internship, and possess leadership values, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of one internship in an engineering role.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with <2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership values and core skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability.
• Software/program experience: SAP, 3D CAD; CATIA, DeepHow; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three 8-month rotations in Engineering, Product Management and Operations across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and program staff to deliver projects.
• Relocation may be required for rotations; post-program placement into roles requiring leadership.
