Job summary

Siemens is seeking rising engineering graduates for the SI EP Engineering Leadership Development Program, a two-year journey with four six-month rotations at multiple sites. You’ll rotate through design control, R&D, manufacturing, software/hardware development, and project management.

Upon completion, you’ll transition into a full-time role in SI EP such as R&D Engineer or Project Manager. Willingness to relocate domestically and travel is required, with relocation assistance offered if moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, completed within one year of program start
• Available to start full-time employment in Jan 2027 or Jul 2027
• Growth mindset with eagerness to develop new technical skills and interdisciplinary experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration through experiences
• Experience with CAD and simulation tools: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo
• Willing to relocate domestically and/or internationally for each rotation; travel as required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Participate in four, six-month rotations across engineering functions
• Develop and enhance innovative products for low-voltage controls and power distribution
• Contribute ideas and solve engineering challenges with cross-functional teams
