Job summary

Pentair plc is offering a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program designed to build leadership capabilities through hands-on projects and mentorship. You will work on a real-world engineering project and present outcomes to senior leaders at the end of the internship.

The program includes professional development, networking events, and exposure to potential full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science, are junior-year

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Computer, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Junior-year student; preferred graduation Spring 2028.
• Willing to work during the summer at one of our internship locations in the U.S. (see locations).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a real-world, strategic business project over 12 weeks.
• Present objectives, process, and results to leadership at internship end.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers to deliver impact and learn from exposure to leadership sessions.
