Job summary

Legrand offers an Engineering Leadership Development Program for entry-level engineers. The three-year program includes two 18-month rotations across locations and divisions, with exposure to Test Engineering, New Product Development, and Project Management.

Participants must be mobile within the US; relocation assistance is provided. Upon completion, a permanent role in the chosen engineering discipline is offered at Legrand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Computer, or related discipline)
• Previous internship or co-op experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be mobile to move to any location within the US; relocation assistance provided for each move
• Strong analytical capability to research, identify trends, and summarize information

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute tests to verify product functionality, safety, and compliance
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and prototype new products and create CAD models
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools
• Engage in cohort-based technical training and professional development sessions
