• 7+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years production operations experience
• Strong debugging skills across distributed systems and microservices architectures

Responsibilities

• Drive hiring strategy and close top engineering talent
• Motivate and communicate across multiple levels of their department
• Have successful peer partnerships with other department leaders in Engineering, and cross-functionally (product, sales, marketing)
