Job summary

HiveWatch, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Sr. Manager of Engineering to lead a high‑performing SRE/DevOps team across product value streams from our HQ. You will mentor software and infra engineers, ensure SLAs, and help scale in a dynamic Series B setting.

You’ll partner with Product, drive hiring, manage performance, and collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and marketing to translate roadmaps into executable plans while maintaining a culture of ownership and excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Expert hiring manager with experience building engineering teams.
• People management philosophy for engineers.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers with high uptime expectations.
• Led distributed teams across US/Europe/LATAM time zones.
• Owned performance management cycles including coaching and leveling.
• Experience scaling engineering org through Series B/C growth.
• Agile / Kanban project management skills.
