Job summary

WunderGraph is seeking a high-impact engineering leader to guide our globally distributed team. You will own the technical strategy, drive product delivery, and mentor engineers to scale our API-focused platform. A hands-on approach and strong customer empathy are essential.

You will champion architecture, security and high-quality software practices while enabling rapid shipping, innovation, and collaboration across time zones. This is a fully remote, senior leadership role at WunderGraph.

Qualifications

• Profound experience in multiple programming languages and stacks.
• Proven track record building full solutions in SaaS.
• Experience working with customers to shape product direction.
• Multiple years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers, define team structure and staffing.
• Own architecture decisions and security posture across products.
• Guide engineers from design to production, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership on product strategy and delivery goals.
• Drive AI adoption and engineering process improvements.
