Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years engineering experience in investment casting.
• Experience leading programs / projects.
• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and managerial leadership for engineering department assignments.
• Oversee new product introduction, cost reduction and maintenance activities on production parts.
• Interface with customers and internal teams to determine feasibility, cost effectiveness and demand for products.
• Select, train and supervise subordinates to ensure effective execution and personal growth.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of engineering and leadership through Co-op and Development programs.
• Establish annual operating budgets and contribute to long‑term engineering strategies.
