You will build and run a high-performing team of 10 to 30 engineers, delivering scalable simulation, evaluation, data, and decision-support systems for complex algorithms and environments. Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 8+ engineers with a path toward 10–30.
• Strong foundation across backend, distributed, data, or full-stack product/platform development.
• Ability to set technical direction and guide complex implementations.
• Proven track record of building engineering cultures with high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a Modeling & Simulation engineering org of ~10–30 engineers.
• Set the technical direction for simulation infrastructure and data models.
• Establish engineering standards, testing, observability, and release hygiene.
• Own delivery across multiple workstreams with balanced priorities.
• Build rhythm for planning, reviews, and cross-team coordination.
