Qualifications

• 8+ years in system simulation, modeling, OR robotics.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience managing teams of 5–10 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for system modeling and design simulation.
• Develop mathematical models of robotic systems and workflows.
• Lead creation of simulation tools for evaluating architectures.
• Build capabilities for throughput analysis and capacity planning.
• Drive design-space exploration and trade-off analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
• Establish quantitative methodologies to improve decisions.
