Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in engineering with construction industry exposure.
Ability to independently lead and mentor engineers on complex projects.
Proficient in electrical design and modular construction concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead complex technical discussions, projects, and programs.
Validate world-class technical solutions on projects.
Ensure engineering best practices across multiple disciplines.
Manage technical risk on a project and provide oversight to teams.
Direct engineering disciplines to develop engineers and experts.
Prepare client-specific solutions and project artifacts.
Identify and implement process improvements; review project details with leadership.
