The Deputy Engineering Leader role focuses on technical leadership across electrical, power, and modular design, guiding multiple disciplines and client engagements. The position supports projects ranging from $50M to beyond $200M, with 500,000–800,000 sq ft and teams from 30 to 400 depending on stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 5+ years in construction.
• Master's degree in Engineering; 3+ years in construction.
• PE license may be preferred; willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical discussions, projects, and programs.
• Validate world-class technical solutions on projects.
• Ensure engineering best practices across multiple disciplines.
• Manage technical risk on a project.
• Provide oversight and technical expertise to engineering teams.
• Lead an engineering discipline to develop engineers and experts.
• Prepare client-specific solutions.
• Drive development and maintenance of project artifacts.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Review project details with leadership.
• Integrate data from multiple company systems to extract insights.
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to and issues resolved.
• Maintain positive relationships with project engineers to achieve milestones.
