• Track record of engineering leadership in organizations with a strong engineering culture.
• Breadth across application, backend, infrastructure, and data platforms; generalist leadership sought.
• Experience managing and developing engineers, including hiring and mentoring, with examples of growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow engineering across application, backend, infrastructure, and data.
• Hire engineers and develop leaders, building a high-bar team.
• Drive execution from problem definition to deployment in a clinical setting.
• Engage in technical discussions, guiding system design and architectural tradeoffs.
• Set engineering culture, code reviews, shipping cadence, and production issue response.
• Break platform problems into increments delivering value early while guiding long-term direction.
• Partner with AI, deployment, and product teams to align priorities with customer needs.
• Ensure reliability, security, and privacy in a patient-data environment.
