Job summary

Amigo is building clinical AI infrastructure to empower health systems, life sciences, payors, and government agencies. As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will own features end to end—from database to UI—handling sensitive patient data and delivering reliable, high-quality software used by clinical teams, researchers, and customers.

You will design real-time interfaces for agent conversations, enable safe customization of agent behavior, and push the boundaries of healthcare data exploration

Qualifications

• Shipped production full-stack features end-to-end and owned the outcome.
• Strong across the stack: data modeling, APIs, and modern front-end work.
• Care for correctness and reliability, especially with sensitive data.
• Good product instincts and user-centric mindset.
• Low ego, direct communication, high personal standards.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time interfaces for clinical oversight of live agent conversations.
• Own a feature end-to-end from schema to API to UI.
• Design tools that let non-engineers shape agent behavior safely.
• Make healthcare data explorable through natural language.
• Improve reliability and performance of clinician-facing apps.
• Collaborate with designers, clinicians, and customers to nail details.
