Robinhood is seeking an engineering leader for the Credit Cards & Banking squad within Money Engineering. You will lead a team delivering customer-facing banking products at scale, shaping architecture, and driving reliability across frontend and backend surfaces.

This role requires 8+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading teams, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering high-impact fintech solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Experience leading customer-facing products at scale
• Strong architectural and technical judgment
• Experience coaching engineers and delivering cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and support a team of software engineers on Credit Cards & Banking products
• Set direction for execution, design, and people development
• Partner with product managers and design to define roadmaps and deliver customer experiences
• Drive reliable, scalable card and banking systems and architecture
• Hire and develop top engineering talent and raise the bar on quality
