Job summary

Dyno Nobel Inc. in Carthage, MO seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects and deliver value through the project management system, ensuring efficient capital investment and alignment with our PMO and corporate goals.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage external resources, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery of major projects with portfolios exceeding $4M and individual projects over $1M. A BS in Engineering (or PMP) and 5+ years’ relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical) or PMP certification.
• 5+ years in related industry with project management experience.
• Proven delivery of projects and portfolios across full lifecycle.
• Experience managing portfolios > $4M and projects > $1M.
• Knowledge of process equipment like pumps, vessels, and heat exchangers.
• Familiarity with engineering and construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects and provide management to major projects.
• Ensure capital is invested efficiently via the project management system.
• Improve delivery capability through system and personnel development.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations.
• Coordinate multidiscipline teams and external resources.
• Report concise project performance across sites.
