The Role: You will lead as the day-to-day head of Engineering, owning delivery, organizational health, and manager development. You will spearhead our AI strategy across product and SDLC, partnering closely with the Head of Engineering and Product leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience running a 30-60 person engineering organization through multiple managers.
• Built KPI systems like DORA and shipped production AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day engineering efforts, delivery, organizational health, and manager development.
• Own the company’s AI strategy and execution across product and SDLC.
• Partner with the Head of Engineering and Product leadership to drive tech outcomes.
