• Experience running 30–60 person engineering org via EMs.
• Proven track record shipping production AI and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery, engineering health, and staffing for ~60 engineers.
• Own AI strategy and execution across product and SDLC.
• Set an opinionated technical roadmap aligned with company priorities.
• Partner with Heads of Engineering and Product leadership on cadence and delivery.
