• Strong production knowledge: specs, file setup, and platform requirements

Responsibilities

• Ship creatives that highlight practices, results, and branding
• Own creative performance metrics and translate patterns into repeatable elements
• Spot trends and translate into on-brand, executable creatives
• Demonstrate command of production specs and tools across Meta placements
• Contribute to AI-driven creative workflows for concepting and production
• Scale creative processes into standard team practice and act as SME
