Qualifications

• 14+ years of technology/software engineering experience.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years in Institutional/RIA domain knowledge.
• Ability to recruit, hire and build high-performing teams.
• Proven coaching and performance feedback.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and business partners.
• Deep understanding of SAFe and Agile methodologies.
• Experience migrating web apps to modern Angular versions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation.
• Experience in Cloud-based architectures and data security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams in delivering programs aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with PMO, business and tech partners for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Establish governance and Lean- Agile software delivery practices.
• Navigate ambiguity with flexibility and open-mindedness.
• Apply OKR framework to drive results and outcomes.
• Identify gaps/risks early and plan mitigations.
• Foster continuous improvement, recruitment, budgets, and cross-org visibility.
