Schwab Technology Services seeks a seasoned Technology Leader to guide multiple engineering teams within the Advisor Experience Technology - Digital Onboarding group. You will shape platform architecture, drive scale and reliability, and partner across business and tech partners to deliver a world-class onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, domain expertise in Institutional and RIA spaces, and delivering measurable outcomes while aligning with Schwab’s client-focused

Competenze

• 14+ years of experience working with technology/software engineering.
• 8+ years of leading and/or managing engineering team(s) work.
• 3+ years of Institutional business domain knowledge and a strong grasp of the RIA space.
• Ability to identify, recruit, hire, and build high-performing teams.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide direct, timely performance feedback.
• Proficient managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile software development methodologies and SAFe
• Ability to analyze, propose and implement timely, cost effective, quality solutions for all issues or problems within area of responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (includes ability to compose and deliver technical presentations or other forms of documentation to various levels of technical and non-technical management)
• Experience in Financial Services/RIA Industry
