Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer for the Advisor Center Platform. You will build customer-facing and backend applications, driving speed and quality with modern CI/CD practices on site in Southlake, TX.

You will mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and partner with product owners and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable software that meets client needs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience
• Experience mentoring junior team developers
• Exposure to TDD/BDD techniques
• Strong HTML/JavaScript/CSS/Angular and .NET web/service development

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, mentor engineers and raise technical bar
• Write high-quality code, perform code reviews and participate in design decisions
• Deliver features aligned with business and client needs
• Collaborate with product owners, UX researchers, and stakeholders
• Ensure reliable delivery through CI/CD and production issue resolution
