Wind Pioneers Engineering Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Lead to manage consulting activities, ensure client satisfaction, and oversee technical project delivery across regions.

You will guide engineering assessments, support business development, and coordinate with Client Leads to optimize resourcing and project outcomes. This is a senior leadership role requiring strategic thinking and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in wind consultancy or similar roles.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Client handling from enquiry to final project delivery across regions.
• Run business meetings with Client Leads and understand scope and deals.
• Support engineering assessments and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Provide guidance to help progress technical aspects for clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction and align assessments with expectations.
• Serve as single point of contact for key clients.
• Identify new clients and grow business globally.
• Incorporate client feedback to improve delivery of projects.
• Guide team for better client/project management.
• Collaborate with Client Leads for resourcing across projects.
• Coordinate with Technical Lead for project management and commercial support.
• Mentor and train team members and promote knowledge sharing.
