NextEra Energy Resources, LLC seeks an Engineering Leader for Wind Blades and Structures to provide strategic technical oversight across wind assets, including blades, nacelles, towers, weldments and foundations. You will drive operational excellence, champion innovation, and lead cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, supply chain and OEMs.

The role requires 6+ years in power generation or analytics, wind industry experience, and strong communication and project management

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical experience in power generation, asset reliability, or data analytics.
• Direct wind industry experience with blade design/manufacturing knowledge.
• Demonstrated problem-solving translating data into action.
• Executive-level communication and presentation experience.
• Experience with predictive analytics platforms, drone assessment, job plan development, and project management.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).

Responsabilités

• Lead a technical team to troubleshoot/restore wind turbines and perform root cause analysis.
• Report fleet performance, team initiatives and special topics to executives.
• Develop standards and guidelines for diverse technical activities.
