Job summary

Crossmint is building the programmable wallet infrastructure for a new era of fintech. As Engineering Lead for Wallets, you will own the technical direction end-to-end, set the roadmap, and lead a team of six engineers in New York.

You will also contribute production code across EVM, Solana, and Stellar while collaborating with Product, GTM, and Customer Success Engineering. You will drive architectural design for wallet primitives, orchestrate cross-chain transactions, and ensure observability

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
Strong experience with TypeScript, NestJS, and full-stack wallets.
Proficient in Solidity and Stellar/Soroban smart contracts.
Design multi-chain wallet infra across EVM, Solana, Stellar.
Experience with observability using Datadog and Temporal workflows.
Proven leadership: mentoring, interviews, roadmap visibility.
Experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows (Devin) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the technical roadmap for the Wallets stack across EVM, Solana, and Stellar.
Lead architecture design and delivery of on-chain wallet primitives and governance.
Manage a team of six engineers; conduct performance coaching and mentorship.
Collaborate with Product, GTM, and CSE to align wallet roadmap with business needs.
Set engineering standards, code quality, PR reviews, and documentation.
