We seek a leader to manage and grow a high-ownership team of engineers working on wallet clients, supporting services, and onchain integrations. You will define technical direction with senior engineers and collaborate across product, design, security, and protocol groups.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and developing software engineers in a high-ownership environment.
• Direct experience shipping production blockchain wallet functionality, understanding self-custody, private-key security, and transaction lifecycle.

• Lead, hire, coach, and retain a team of engineers across wallet clients, supporting services, and onchain integrations.
• Set technical direction with senior engineers for account creation, key management, signing, transaction construction, and dApp connectivity.
• Partner with product and design to simplify complex onchain workflows while ensuring transparency.
• Work with security and protocol teams to evaluate threats and tradeoffs between usability and security.
