Job summary

Avathon is hiring an Engineering Lead for Product Lifecycle Management to own the technical delivery of PLM integrations and the AI capabilities built on top of them.

You will work alongside Forward Deployed Design Leads and customer engineering teams to connect PLM, CAD/PDM, ERP and MES to the Avathon platform, model product structures and engineering change flows in our Computational Knowledge Graph, and ship BOM comparison, change impact and digital thread features customers use every day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years software engineering, incl. 3+ years leading engineers.
• Hands-on PLM integration with at least one platform and its APIs.
• Strong Python backend and data pipelines experience.

Responsibilities

• PLM Integration Architecture: design connectors from PLM systems to Avathon platform.
• Knowledge Graph & AI: model product structures and changes in the knowledge graph.
• Delivery Leadership: lead discovery, build, go-live and hypercare on deployments.
• Collaborate with ML, data science, and customer teams to deliver reusable platform components.
