Job summary

Raytheon Technologies, Advanced Technology sector, seeks an Engineering Project Leader to drive strategy and development of a microelectronics packaging portfolio, including 2.5D and 3D heterogeneous integration. You will guide CRAD programs, craft proposals, and collaborate across Raytheon to mature concepts into programs.

This onsite role supports multiple locations including Goleta, CA, and requires Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in microelectronics design and development with emphasis on packaging.
• Experience writing and leading responses to solicitations and proposals.
• Experience managing program cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple domains.
• Active and transferable Top Secret government clearance on start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead capture strategies for microelectronics programs.
• Interact with customers to develop opportunities, white papers, and proposals.
• Align program teams to customer priorities and manage risk.
• Lead trade studies on 2.5D/3D integration architectures.
• Oversee interposer fabrication/assembly strategy across sites and suppliers.
• Mentor employees in RF, mixed-signal, and packaging domains.
• Manage portfolio investments and travel for engagements.
