Qualifications

• Three years’ operating experience in hotel engineering; luxury environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as active management team member, coordinating hotel operations and supporting shifts.
• Perform in‑house mechanical and electrical servicing, repairs, and maintenance discreetly for guests.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance requests promptly to minimize disruption.
• Develop and supervise a team of technicians to meet technical standards.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and coordinate ground/landscaping teams; train on safety protocols.
