Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with people management or 2+ years in technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Scope, prioritise, and deliver against quarterly OKRs and deadlines.
• Drive agile practice and continuous improvement for predictable delivery.
• Own stakeholder communication on progress, risks and dependencies.
• Balance workload, staffing and hiring to sustain delivery and growth.
