Job summary

gaiia is hiring a Team Lead & Full-Stack Software Developer to own the Network squad. You will join 4 developers, a Product Manager and a Product Designer, building Network Monitoring, Incident Management, and Inventory & Fulfillment in a serverless AWS Typescript stack.

You’ll split time 50/50 between coding and people leadership, shaping technical design, code reviews and mentoring while delivering robust GraphQL APIs and user-friendly interfaces for operators and customers.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of TypeScript experience.
• Two+ years leading a team of developers.
• Experience with React library.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the developers on your squad through regular 1:1s and feedback.
• Own the technical vision and architecture of the Network Monitoring and Inventory & Fulfillment modules.
• Raise the bar on code quality, review standards, and engineering productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Manager on scope, sequencing and capacity planning.
• Partner with other squads on network-heavy customer onboardings and hiring decisions.
