Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking a Lead – Engineering to coordinate daily maintenance tasks and support the Engineering Supervisor in directing the maintenance team across casino, hotel, spa, and other facilities.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems; prior leadership experience; and familiarity with CMMS/BAS in a 24/7 resort setting. Flexibility for various shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience coordinating daily maintenance tasks and leading a team.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and building codes.
• Experience in a resort/hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance assignments and shift work.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across property.
• Operate and document work orders using CMMS.
• Lead by example and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
