Job summary

Soboba Casino Resort in San Jacinto, CA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct and supervise maintenance, repairs, and safety across facilities and equipment. You will manage preventive maintenance programs, document activities in CMMS, and coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in facilities or maintenance, supervisory experience, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent, required.
• An Associate of Arts or Certificate of Arts Degree in Facility Maintenance from an accredited college or Trade school may be substituted for two years of the required experience.
• Minimum four (4) plus years of Facilities/Maintenance or Trade required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or Lead experience in maintenance or related field required.
• Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, vendors, and team members in support of facility initiatives, work request completion, or other duties as assigned in a professional and team-oriented manner.
• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Provide guidance and coordination to team members and trains staff on elements of the facilities maintenance.
• Assists management in planning and scheduling preventative maintenance work and recommends approaches to preventative maintenance programs.
• Responsible for routine general maintenance and repair throughout the Soboba Casino Resort Property.
• Performs daily rounds and checks of various equipment and systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
• May be asked to assist in the interview and hiring process.
• Ensure that facility personnel observe constant awareness of safety and accident prevention. Ensure that all OSHA safety regulations and Soboba policies are being adhered to.
