Job summary

Boost Strategy Group seeks an hands-on AI Product Engineering Lead to translate business strategy, user needs, and product requirements into secure, scalable digital experiences for entrepreneurs, founders, partners, clients, and internal teams.

You will own the technical path from concept through production, prototyping, building, testing, and improving products across web apps, dashboards, data workflows, automations, and AI-enabled experiences.

Qualifications

5+ years building and shipping customer-facing digital products, SaaS applications, internal platforms, or complex business systems.
Experience taking products from ambiguous idea through production launch and ongoing iteration.
Practical experience applying AI to product development, automation, user experiences, data workflows, or internal operations.
Strong product judgment: distinguish between a feature request, a customer problem, and the simplest viable solution.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with multiple product lines, stakeholders, and changing priorities.
Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to nontechnical executives, clients, partners, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Evolve and maintain Boost's product ecosystem, including founder-facing platforms, business intelligence tools, opportunity-access workflows, partner experiences, and internal operating systems.
Build and ship full-stack web applications using modern frontend, backend, database, API, authentication, and cloud-deployment practices.
Translate product requirements, user feedback, and business priorities into technical architecture, delivery plans, user stories, and production releases.
Design and implement AI-enabled workflows, intelligent assistants, automations, and data-informed experiences where they create clear user or operational value.
Integrate platforms and services across the Boost operating stack, including CRM, financial systems, communications, e-commerce, analytics, payments, data sources, and third-party APIs.
Establish development standards for source control, environment management, testing, release readiness, documentation, security, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Balance rapid experimentation with durable engineering: identify what can be prototyped quickly versus what must be engineered for security, scale, maintainability, and client readiness.
Partner with product and business leaders to prioritize the roadmap based on customer value, revenue opportunity, operational impact, risk, and strategic fit.
Coordinate technical contributors, contractors, and vendors as needed; review work, unblock delivery, and maintain quality across releases.
