You will work with the CEO and technical team to set the long-term technical direction, maintain the translation pipeline, and ensure scalable cloud infrastructure. Strong Go output is essential.

Qualifications

• About 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including owning production systems.
• Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
• Hands-on agentic coding experience, with examples you can show us.
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO and the technical team to decide what gets built, and bring the longer-term technical view.

• Review every production change, including AI-assisted changes from non-engineers, and set guardrails (tests, CI, conventions).
• Own our AI translation pipeline (speech-to-text, machine translation, LLMs, text-to-speech).
• Own the database: schema changes across single-tenant customer databases, migrations and restores.
• Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure for new customers, including backups, monitoring and CI.
