Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, NM seeks an Engineering Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across Engineering and Landscaping teams. You will coordinate vendors, manage records, and track supplies to keep the department running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with vendors, leaders, and team members.
• Basic proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and office systems.
• Previous administrative, hospitality, facilities, or operations experience preferred.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Landscaping teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments.
• Order and track tools, equipment, parts, landscaping materials, and departmental supplies.
• Maintain organized records, invoices, warranties, service agreements, and department documentation.
• Assist with scheduling vendor visits, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Help manage and follow up on work orders and department requests.
• Track inventory and assist with maintaining appropriate supply levels.
• Support Engineering leadership with reports, scheduling, projects, and other administrative needs.
• Assist with team member training records, certifications, and departmental documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
