Job summary

Bishop’s Lodge, Auberge Collection in Santa Fe, New Mexico seeks an Engineering Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Engineering and Landscaping teams.

This role coordinates vendors, orders supplies, maintains records, tracks work orders, and assists with scheduling maintenance, inspections, and reports.

A detail-oriented, organized communicator who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will thrive at our luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with vendors, leaders, and team members.
• Basic proficiency with email, calendars, spreadsheets, and office systems.
• Previous administrative, hospitality, facilities, or operations experience preferred.
• Able to read and write in English
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Landscaping teams.
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments.
• Order and track tools, equipment, parts, landscaping materials, and departmental supplies.
• Maintain organized records, invoices, warranties, service agreements, and department documentation.
• Assist with scheduling vendor visits, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Help manage and follow up on work orders and department requests.
• Track inventory and assist with maintaining appropriate supply levels.
• Support Engineering leadership with reports, scheduling, projects, and other administrative needs.
• Assist with team member training records, certifications, and departmental documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
